The management of JSC NC KTZ met with representatives of SIPG and NIZE Intelligent Technology.
As part of the trilateral framework agreement on strategic cooperation in the digitalization of the Middle Corridor and transport terminals of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed in Shanghai, Elzhas Otynshiyev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, held a working meeting with Yeong Wee Tan, CEO of Global DTC Ltd, and Liu Changman, Vice President of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. (SIPG) and Chairman of NIZE Intelligent Technology. During the talks, the parties discussed key issues of bilateral cooperation in the digitalization of logistics processes and the modernization of transport infrastructure.
The meeting focused on several areas, including the implementation of the Terminal Operating System (TOS), and discussed the practical aspects of integrating a modern operating system to optimize terminal management. The parties also outlined steps to implement the next stage of the digital transformation of railway stations and ports. In addition, they focused on developing transit potential and discussed strategic partnership opportunities aimed at strengthening Kazakhstan’s transport infrastructure and increasing regional connectivity.
Meeting participants expressed confidence that joint IT solutions and the implementation of advanced technologies will significantly improve the efficiency of logistics chains and expedite cargo handling on key routes.
