Kedentransservice JSC is implementing the updated Digital Transformation Program of NC KTZ JSC. The use of IT solutions is reflected both in the work with clients and in the work of the team. We pursue 2 main goals: increasing the efficiency of managing the regional network of terminals of Kedentransservice JSC and automating customer relationship management processes.
It was to solve the problem of automating customer interaction management processes that in June of this year, Kedentransservice launched a Telegram bot for customers at @ao_kdts_bot.

We consider the Telegram bot of JSC «Kedentransservice» as a «virtual manager», which will allow the client to:
