JSC «Kedentransservice» strengthens the integrated management system and invests in personnel development
From April 27 to April 30, 2026, Kedentransservice JSC held a training seminar for the company’s leading specialists dedicated to improving the integrated management system in accordance with ISO international standards in the field of quality, ecology, health and safety.
The training was organized with the participation of Samruk Business Academy and became part of the company’s systematic work to improve the efficiency of business processes and strengthen corporate competencies. Ruslan Taganov, consultant, auditor and business analyst, acted as a lecturer.
During the seminar, the participants reviewed practical tools for the implementation and development of management systems based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, as well as approaches to risk management, quality and continuous process improvement.
JSC «Kedentransservice» consistently develops a management culture focused on international standards. The effectiveness of the implemented systems is annually confirmed by external audits conducted both at the central office and at the company’s production sites.
In 2025, Kedentransservice JSC successfully passed a recertification audit, confirming the compliance of the integrated management system with international requirements.
