JSC «Kedentransservice» and a delegation from the city of Hefei (China) discussed expanding cooperation in the field of international transportation
On August 11, 2025, a meeting took place in Astana between the management of JSC «Kedentransservice» and a delegation from Hefei (China), led by Mayor Mr. Luo Yunfeng. The parties discussed prospects for deepening cooperation within the framework of the «One Belt, One Road» initiative, developing joint projects, and increasing the volume of cargo transportation between Kazakhstan and China. JSC «Kedentransservice» presented the capabilities of its extensive network of terminals across Kazakhstan, enabling the creation of efficient logistics chains both domestically and internationally, optimizing cargo delivery times. Since 2014, over 5,100 trains have been dispatched from Hefei along the China-Europe route, including 808 trains to Kazakhstan (130 of which in 2024). The delivery network covers 42 stations in Kazakhstan and 170 stations in 20 countries worldwide. Special attention was given to the transportation of goods for major automakers and auto parts suppliers, including Volkswagen, NIO, BYD, JAC, and other enterprises in the region. In particular, discussions focused on organizing deliveries from Hefei to Kostanay for the «SaryarkaAvtoProm» plant. JSC «Kedentransservice» expressed readiness to provide comprehensive logistics services in both Kazakhstan and China, including organizing direct container shipments from factories, providing containers, and establishing end-to-end logistics routes.
