GIVEN A START TO THE TRANSFORMATION PROJECT AT KEDENTRANSSERVICE JSC
The Company discussed the issues of transformational changes in the terminal network and customer service at the launching online meeting of the project “Improving the efficiency of the terminals of Kedentransservice JSC”.
During the meeting aimed at presenting the Project and discussing topical issues of the Company’s transformation, the participants exchanged views on the importance of the planned measures for the implementation of an automated terminal management system, building an effective model of commercial function processes and interacting with customers in online services.
“The project is being implemented within the framework of the Digital Transformation Program of JSC“ NC “KTZ”. The changes introduced within the framework of the implementation will optimize and automate key processes, increase the productivity and efficiency of the terminals, which in the future will ensure an increase in income from activities, ”said the head of the company.
Based on the results of a joint meeting with the Branch of JSC “NC“ KTZ ”-“ Business Transformation Center ”, an official start was given to operational changes, which are planned to be scaled up to all terminals of the Company in the future.
