“Kedentransservice” JSC is a leading provider of logistic terminals in Kazakhstan, which is present in the market of transportation and logistics services for over 20 years.

On November 26, 2019, a contract for the purchase and sale of 50% of the authorized capital of the company «Logistic System Management B. V.» was signed between PJSC «TransContainer» and JSC «National Company» Kazakhstan Temir Zholy».

On May 22, 2020, the shares of the company «Logistic System Management B. V.» were re-registered, as a result of which «Logistic System Management B. V.» became the sole shareholder of JSC «Kedentransservice».

Today, JSC «Kedentransservice» is a leader in the market of transshipment activities at the Dostyk station from the 1435 gauge to the 1520 gauge cars, operates 8 transshipment sites at the Dostyk station and 2 transshipment sites at the Altynkol station, with a total capacity of 5.3 million tons / year, and also has 19 cargo terminals in the main cargo-forming regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

JSC «Kedentransservice» provides a full range of transport and logistics services in the field of cargo transportation by rail and road transport in export, import, domestic and transit communications.
