KTZ: The Working People Are the Face of the Company and the Foundation of its Reputation
KTZ NC JSC has launched a large-scale campaign to reboot its corporate culture and strengthen its image. In the context of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s instructions, announced at a recent media awards ceremony, this vector is of fundamental importance: the Head of State emphasized that the true characteristics of our people are respect for elders, care for the young, compassion, and the inadmissibility of any actions that infringe on human dignity and safety. Linking this profound message to the large-scale campaign at KTZ, the keynote speaker at the meetings, Sholpan Abilbekova, Commissioner for Business Ethics and Image at KTZ NC JSC, noted that the company strives to instill precisely these civilized ethical standards, based on centuries-old traditions. Drawing on the popular wisdom «Kalaam eldі tuzeydі,» the company called on every one of its thousands of railway employees to become the primary purveyors of these values, as the image of KTZ is shaped by the high personal culture of each railway employee.
A series of large-scale meetings was held to address corporate ethics, improving business culture, and fostering a positive image of KTZ. This systematic work has been placed under the special control of management and will be continued in all structural divisions on a regular basis.
