On June 26, 2026, Kedentransservice JSC held a training seminar on the prevention of corruption and other offenses in the railway transport sector for its employees.
The event was attended by representatives of the Astana Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the head of the Compliance Service of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.
The seminar addressed current issues related to the implementation of state anti-corruption policy, the main requirements of Kazakhstan’s anti-corruption legislation, as well as the latest changes and innovations in this area.
The speakers provided a detailed explanation of the provisions of anti-corruption legislation, described government reforms aimed at increasing transparency and integrity in organizational activities, and provided practical examples of violations of anti-corruption legislation and the associated legal consequences. Particular attention was paid to developing an anti-corruption culture, adhering to professional ethics standards, preventing conflicts of interest, and ensuring employees’ personal responsibility for compliance with legal requirements.
