SPSI Group Delegation and JSC “Kedentransservice” Discussed Cooperation Development and Modernization of Logistics Infrastructure

A delegation from the Chinese company SPSI Group, led by Chairman of the Board of SPSI Cloud Port Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang Xiang, together with representatives of JSC “Kedentransservice,” visited the company’s facilities in the cities of Almaty and Kokshetau.

In Almaty, the guests familiarized themselves with the operations of JSC “Kedentransservice” terminals, noting the modern infrastructure, high level of organization, and potential for further development of international logistics routes. Mr. Huang Xiang gave a high assessment of what he saw, emphasizing that these terminals are an important link in strengthening Kazakhstan-China cooperation in the field of transport and logistics.

In the city of Kokshetau, representatives of SPSI Group and JSC “Kedentransservice” held a meeting with the Akim of Akmola Region Akhmetzhanov M. M. and the Akim of the city Kumpekeyev A. K. During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for the development of joint terminal capacities, issues of modernization of transport and logistics infrastructure, and strengthening strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China.

The regional leadership expressed readiness to provide comprehensive support for the project’s implementation, emphasizing its importance for the socio-economic development of the region and the expansion of international transport links. In turn, Mr. Huang Xiang noted the high potential of Akmola Region in the logistics sector and expressed interest in long-term partnership with JSC “Kedentransservice.”

As part of the visit, a meeting was also held between JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” and the delegation of the Chinese company SPSI Group, during which prospects for implementing joint projects were discussed, including the development of an agro-hub in Kokshetau, modernization of the container terminal in Almaty, and the creation of an industrial park for the China-Kazakhstan land port (Chengdu).

Following the visit, the parties emphasized that the development of joint initiatives will be an important step in strengthening strategic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, creating new opportunities for infrastructure modernization and increasing the country’s transit potential.
